Data we collect
Contact form submissions (name, email, message), newsletter subscriptions (email, locale), and basic analytics (page views, referrer, anonymised IP). We do not sell personal data.

Consent (newsletter, non-essential cookies), legitimate interest (site security, aggregate analytics) and contract (replying to your messages).

Sharing
We use vetted processors for hosting, email delivery and analytics. All processors sign standard EU data-processing agreements.
Retention
Contact messages: up to 24 months. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: 14 months, aggregated.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, portability, or object to processing. Contact us via the contact page. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Security
Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure in the EU. Access is role-based and audited.
